…he first found out he had cancer. In the last line he says" stayin healthy comes first, look at me, things could be worse". He’s trying to get the point across not to take life for granted and to enjoy all of life, because you never now when your life will be taken. I think he wants people to think about the value of their lives, and what their willing to risk for it.
