…As the expectations of the success are excessive, while major challenges confront not only the new government but also the people and their aspirations, as the poverty cycle which plagues the majority of the communities needs to be not only broken but destroyed without a trace of what had been. In replacement of the cycle, prosperity and opportunities need to be brought forth, in order for Nunavut and its people to reach its full capabilities.
