As you can see each one of these gams plays an important part in the novel, “Moby Dick”. The major concern of these gams is the problems with communication. This foreshadows the problems everyone has when trying to communicate with Ahab. Ahab will refuse to listen and want to do it his way. Moby Dick is full of foreshadowing and themes, this is just one of the many.
