Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) , Is also known as mad cow disease. This disease started when Peter Stent noticed one of his cows shedding weight, losing its balance and acting skittish. …she was near the end . Finally, she went into a coma and died five days later. This proved that this disease is a real problem . So scientists are still trying to stop this disease by finding a cure for humans and animals. Until we can be sure its safe , if you have low tolerance you should not eat hamburger, or other cow products, if you don’t you are all set. For now at least!!!
