…showed last 75 words of 671 total…rights are not assumed until either "Born" or "naturalized". This would preclude a Fetus from having rights. This also brings back the same discussion as to right of property, discussed in the 4th and 5th Amendments.
Although the issue of Abortion will no doubt be endlessly debated, the interpretation of the Amendments, and knowledge of the intent of the men who drafted them, in my opinion leaves little doubt as to the viability of Roe.
