It had tips on how to cut your prostate cancer risk, lowering your risk of heart disease preserve your brain, slimming down, staying fit, reducing your risk of colon cancer, not drinking to much, and quitting smoking.

and eating fast food everyday I think that it will help in all aspects of my life, especially my wallet. It is disturbing that heart disease kills so many people a year when all it takes is the right foods and something as enjoyable as a bike ride everyday to help prevent the disease.
I Hope that we can all do a little better on our everyday health to help us live a lot longer.
