…next person. Using a cart to move around the field really doesn’t play a big role on how the outcome of the game may be; skill is still going to decide who comes out a victor. Although the PGA tour is well respected, the forms it went to in trying to stop Casey Martin from using a cart to play along with the crowd was pretty ridiculous and should not have gone that far.
