The many wonders about the actual origin of this epic is sure to be pondered upon as long as man can read and rationalize. One thing seems evident though as to the origin of Beowulf’s beliefs. A life of fame did little to shorten Beowulf’s belief in his countrymen, kinsmen, or his almighty God.
