When it comes to drinking and driving the fatalities are already staggering. Every step that you can take to lower the drinking and driving accident fatality rate should be worthwhile. It is a proven fact that lives will be saved, and this is why I encourage you to promote lowering the legal drinking limit from .10 BAD to .08 BAC.
