Culture Disagreements The film “lone Star” takes place in Texas, in a town called River Fort. In this town there are a mixture of cultures and co-cultures that are shown throughout the entire movie. Their differences in traditions and cultures cause them to have disagreement on situations that occur in their town, which also influences the behaviors of characters that live there. These disagreements range from the teaching in the school to the mixture of cultures that causes the black, Mexican, and American culture to have difference of opinion.
