…It is known that most government officials have access to the capitalist world that they so desperately try to censor from Cuban civilians. This piece was very interestingly written. It was like a dramatic piece of non-fiction. Muguercia used many metaphors to describe the political and social situation in Cuba. It was fascinating to read a personal account of the political affairs of the last four decades; it made it more real and more graspable.
