my decision. The grievant was very convincing and creditable as well as the other union witnesses. The management lacked on key witnesses that could help win this case. The nail in the coffin that sunk the management was the Article Three section C and Article seven section A and E. These articles in the contract were key evidence. The management was poor at displaying their case while the union did an excellent job of explaining
