So while the laughter continues over Delmar’s ignorance and Ulysses’ bossiness, O Brother Where Art Thou proves to be an intelligent and sophisticated comedy. While lacking in a few areas, overall this film deserves praise for being funny while doing it in a bit more dignified way that perhaps f-wording Jay from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back would have you experience.
