I believe that a good classroom management system is essential for any teacher who wishes to have a productive learning environment in their classroom. It is my goal to have a well managed classroom. I feel that it is only with a good managemtn plan that true success in the classroom can be achieved. Sutdents will be given opportunities to do more on their own if the whole class is running smoothly and working well. They will be able to do more exploration in all subjects and really see how successful they can be.
