Spontaneous recovery is the state of being subjected to conditions that are associated with previously acquired knowledge that renders the knowledge more accessible. If the subject is taken from the place where they have learned the associations, is it likely that the associations will be lost, as the behavior is not only associated with the response or reward, but also will the surroundings.
