Many materials that are found naturally on the earth are very strong and have lasted the test of time. Some examples of the stronger materials are wood, rope, and stone. However, they don’t come close to the strengths of man-made materials. There are also many other benefits to man-made materials than natural materials such as weight and styles. anything else. Since steel is a much denser material than carbon fiber it makes the weight of the same size product lighter.
Carbon fiber has many uses from bikes to cars and is much stronger than steel. The process of making it also is very efficient and produces a high quality material that is applicable in many situations. However, in large products such as car bodies the expense is too great to use carbon fiber.
