The passage I chose was Beowulf’s fight with Grendal’s mother, which to me was the most exciting. …think that the fight between Grendal's mother and Beowulf was the most exciting and thrilling. This epic constantly kept me on my toes wondering who was going to prevail. I do not think there was that I was more confused about who would win than during this fight. The imagery, suspense, excitement, and mood made this the most exciting fight in this wonderful poem. For anyone that has not read Beowulf, I strongly recommend it.
