…said to Creon were so powerful: “Give me glory! What greater glory could I win than to give my own brother decent burial” (l. 563-565)? When Creon asks her if she is ashamed, she replies, “Not ashamed for a moment, not to honor my brother, my own flesh and blood” (l. 573-574). I admire Antigone for being so brave. I can relate to her because I would have done the same thing for my brother.
