…his war was over. His enemy in some way went with Finny. To me when he says a “Separate Peace” he really means that he has to find a separate peace for himself in some way. I believe that he did achieve his separate peace in the story. He may have achieved his peace better if Finny hadnt of died. I think that all the blame from Finnys death had some effects on Genes peace.
