Tupac is just trying to inform people around him about the hardships that of the black race in America, how this situation became so bad and why it is so hard to change. He helps deliver these points by using repetition and slang terms. The song “Changes” by Tupac Amuru Shakur is one that touches many peoples hearts because of the meaning it has behind it.
